Quick cook oats are made similarly as rolled oats, but the groats are cooked for longer before being flaked and dried. Because the oats are cooked for longer, they cook very quickly when boiled or microwaved. 

HOW TO USE

 boil for 2-3 minutes, and use your favourite breakfast toppings.
