Indali Premium Market delivers orders nationwide across South Africa. We aim to provide a reliable and straightforward delivery experience from the time your order is confirmed until it reaches you.

Free Nationwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders throughout South Africa. There is no standard delivery charge for eligible orders placed through the Indali Premium Market online store.

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 2–5 business days from order processing and dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may occasionally take longer because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, remote delivery locations, severe weather, public holidays or other logistical disruptions.

Order Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we will prepare it for dispatch. Where tracking information is available, this will be provided once the order has been handed to the relevant delivery service.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may only begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please ensure that your street address, suburb, city, postal code and contact details are correct before completing checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
